CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and access is provided via keys and a code. If you would like to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this is possible at no additional cost, provided there are no other guests checking out that day — simply let us know in advance. Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

For your safety and in accordance with condominium regulations, we require guests to send identification documents in advance, no later than 72 hours before arrival (protected under the LGPD).

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If no new guests are arriving on the same day, you may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no additional charge.

If in-person check-in occurs after 8:00 PM, a reception fee of R$150 will apply.
