YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The bedroom features a queen-size bed for a restful night's sleep, with blackout curtains to keep the room dark and peaceful. The bathroom includes a shower, mirror, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Individual air conditioning allows you to set the temperature to your preference. The windows let in natural light and provide ventilation. Spacious closets offer plenty of room for your belongings.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, easily accommodating two extra guests. There is a dining table, perfect for sharing special moments with family or friends. The Smart TV gives you access to a variety of subscription channels for your entertainment.

The bathroom is fully equipped with soap, towels, toilet paper, and hot water available at any time. The kitchen is fully outfitted and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and toaster. You will also find dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a water bottle available.

The building provides reception service during business hours, and access to the apartment is managed by a passcode, giving you complete independence at any time. ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive from 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, provided there are no departing guests on the same day — we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of your estimated arrival time. All guests must submit a valid ID up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected in accordance with data privacy regulations. Keys are provided via an electronic lock, but our team is available for in-person support if needed.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00 PM. You may check out until 3:00 PM at no additional charge, as long as there are no new arrivals scheduled. Upon departure, please make sure the door is locked, all appliances are turned off, and garbage is properly disposed of. If you need luggage storage, please use our facility located at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana. Children are welcome, and we provide a crib for infants (please check availability). Events or parties are not permitted. Pets are allowed!

Leblon, officially established on July 26, 1919, traces its roots back to the old Fazenda do Vidigal, which was acquired by French entrepreneur Charles Le Blond in 1845.
