The apartment accommodates up to 4 people with 1 cozy bedroom, a double bed, 2 futon mattresses, and a sofa. The environment is light, bright, and secure, perfect for leisure or work days.

The building has a 24-hour doorman and an electronic lock, providing even more tranquility. For reservations over 7 nights, we offer a free change of bed linens and towels—just request it in advance. We don't accept pets here, but we guarantee your stay will be unforgettable.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom, an integrated living room, a complete kitchen equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic utensils, as well as air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a modern bathroom. Everything has been designed to combine comfort and practicality.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is done in person. Guests must coordinate the time with our customer service center beforehand. Important: there is an extra fee for check-ins after 8 pm.

Entry is from 2 pm onwards, and check-out is by 12 pm. For early check-in or late check-out, please consult availability and rates. Guest documents must be sent up to 72 hours before arrival, always in compliance with the LGPD.
