CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive from 9:00 AM, this is possible at no additional cost, provided there is no guest checking out on the same day. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time so we can prepare accordingly.

All guests must submit a valid identification document at least 72 hours before arrival. Your information is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Identification of everyone entering the premises is mandatory to ensure everyone's safety.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests arriving, you may check out by 3:00 PM at no extra charge.
