The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with 1 bedroom and day-to-day functionality. Access to the metro and the area’s routes supports mobility, and our availability operates 7 days a week; a baby crib and beach chairs are free with prior notice, and there is a free return transfer for direct bookings of more than 5 nights. Children are welcome and we provide a baby crib. Events or parties are not allowed.

The accommodation hosts up to 4 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and air conditioning. The living room/common area has 2 separate mattresses to be placed on the floor.

A Smart TV with cable channels provides entertainment.

The bathroom is complete, with step-free shower access, basic hygiene items such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, plus hot water at any time.

The kitchen supports daily meals, with a microwave, stove, and oven.The building has an elevator.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2pm onward. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost, provided no guest is checking out — the important thing is to alert us in advance about your time to ensure everything is ready.

All guests must send identity documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone who enters must identify themselves — it is everyone's security.

Keys are delivered in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee, let us know beforehand so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest cost possible. If your check-in is with a password, it's super relaxed, you can arrive anytime.

CHECK-OUT: until 12pm noon. You can leave until 3pm at no extra cost if no new guest is arriving.

If your accommodation is with keys, just leave them on the table, disconnect the equipment, organize the trash properly and close the door. If you need to store your luggage, count on us at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

TRANSPORTATION

Copacabana Station offers access to Metro Line 1, connecting you to Botafogo, Center, North Zone and other strategic stations. The walk to the station is short and safe.

Traditional taxis are available at nearby points, on the beach and throughout the neighborhood streets. Apps like Uber and 99 offer modern alternatives and prices known in advance.
