Our apartment offers practicality, comfort, and the unique vibe of Rio’s most charming neighborhood. It features 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning, accommodating up to 5 guests with comfortable beds: 1 king, 1 double, and 1 single. Just minutes from the beach, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for families, friends, or work stays. Children welcome.

Our property accommodates up to 5 guests, providing all the necessary structure for a comfortable and practical stay. Additional guests are allowed upon prior consultation. For security reasons and in compliance with LGPD, we request the identification of all guests before check-in.

Our team is available every day from 8 AM to 8 PM to assist with anything you may need. We provide free bed and bath linen changes every 7 days, upon prior arrangement.

You can also count on our support point in Copacabana, where we offer luggage storage, coffee, and logistical assistance to make your trip even more convenient.

The apartment is in a privileged location in the heart of Ipanema, a neighborhood known for its vibrant atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and excellent infrastructure. The building offers security and convenience, while the area provides supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, bars, and renowned restaurants. Ipanema Beach is just a few steps away, along with squares, local markets, and public transport options that easily connect to the rest of the city.

This apartment has been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere during your stay. With well-equipped and functional spaces, it is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a true temporary home in the vibrant heart of Ipanema.

The master suite features a large king-size bed and the privacy of an en-suite bathroom, with a spacious wardrobe to organize your belongings. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a dedicated workspace for home office or study, along with a wardrobe for convenience. The third bedroom is ideal for both adults and children, offering a bunk bed, space for study or work, and a wardrobe.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a full shared bathroom and a practical powder room. The living room is spacious and bright, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and excellent ventilation, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals comfortably, making you feel truly at home. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and a crib (available upon request).

This space has been designed so you can enjoy your stay with ease and comfort while experiencing everything Ipanema has to offer!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in can be done remotely or in person between 3 PM and 9 PM, with the access code sent at 1 PM on the day of arrival. For check-ins after this period, an additional fee will apply (please consult our team).

For your security, we request that all guest documents be submitted up to 72 hours in advance. Your data is protected under LGPD. Check-out must be completed by 12 PM, and late check-out is available upon prior request. Please let us know if you need any special arrangements.
