Your accommodation has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, household items and hot water.

During your stay we can change bed and bath sheets at each 7 days. Please, let us know prior to 1 day as you want it.

At the neighboorhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability.

On the day of your arrival, at 1 PM, we will send instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok? Please, tell us as soon as posible if you need any different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days prior to your arrival, we will reinforce the need of documents photos. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

We have a maid who can work on cleaning during your stay, keeping the house always tidy, at an affordable cost, let us know if you want or need it!

Botafogo is a 24/7 neighborhood and very charming!

You will be a few steps to one of many intresting places Casa Firjan, Botafogo Mall, Casa Rui Barbosa, Consulado Americano and Sugar Loaf, local shops, pharmacies, markets, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
