GENERAL INFO

The house is located on Rua Bulhões de Carvalho, 480, just minutes from Ipanema Beach and Arpoador. It comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or work teams on leisure trips.

Flexible bed setup upon request (with advance notice).

Pets are welcome, so the entire family can travel together.

DETAILS

The house combines charm and functionality. Bedrooms are airy, filled with natural light, and can be customized to meet your group’s needs. The living room is spacious and inviting, a perfect meeting spot for everyone to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything from quick meals to special dinners. The outdoor area invites you to enjoy moments of leisure — whether a peaceful breakfast or an evening drink with friends.

IMPORTANT

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but we provide a dedicated outdoor space for smokers.

As the house is within a residential villa, respecting the quiet hours is essential, especially at night.

Parties and events are not permitted.

AMENITIES & SERVICES

High-quality bed linens and towels are included in your stay. For bookings over 7 nights, we provide a complimentary full change of linens and towels every 7 days. This ensures maximum comfort at no extra cost.

We are certified hosts, which means safety, professionalism, and careful attention to detail to make your stay unforgettable.

OUR SPACE

Our hostel has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 21 people. In the common areas, we have a great living room with a table and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming backyard to relax. The spaces are well-ventilated, the bathrooms are always clean, there’s a dining area, a drink cooler (pay-per-use), and a workspace. You can read a book, enjoy a coffee or wine, and have great conversations with nice people!

Our kitchen is fully equipped – if you enjoy cooking or want to try, go for it! If you're feeling inspired, we can even do a little crowdfunding and prepare a fun, tasty meal for everyone! But if you’re more into the classic and simple homemade dishes, no worries – we have everything you’ll need!

The rooms have single beds and can be arranged however you prefer – as singles or doubles.

In any case, our team is available every day of the week, from 8 AM to 8 PM, to help and support you in the best way possible!

CCHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM. Whenever possible, we offer flexible scheduling.

Guests are required to submit the documentation of all travelers up to 72 hours before check-in, either through the booking platform or via WhatsApp.

For early check-in or late check-out, guests must confirm availability and additional costs in advance.

We’re located at Rua Bilhões de Carvalho, 480 — a charming, safe villa with a European vibe and lots of sunshine! Just steps from Ipanema Beach, Copacabana Beach, and right next to the General Osório subway station, you’ll have easy access to the whole city.

A bit of Ipanema’s history:

A noble and iconic neighborhood of Rio, Ipanema is the birthplace of bossa nova and the setting for songs that have become timeless around the world. It was here, between the streets Vinícius de Moraes (formerly Montenegro) and Nascimento Silva, that Tom Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes composed "The Girl from Ipanema" — inspired by Helô Pinheiro, whose stunning beauty caught their eyes as she walked along the beach.

Tom Jobim lived at Rua Nascimento Silva, 107 — a famous address mentioned in one of his most iconic songs. And just down the same street, at number 378, Brazilian rock legend Renato Russo lived between 1990 and 1996, writing notable albums like The Stonewall Celebration Concert and Equilíbrio Distante.
