GENERAL NOTES

Located in a building with 24-hour concierge, the apartment combines security, tranquility, and convenience in one of the most vibrant areas of Rio.

Rua Santa Clara is known for its excellent infrastructure, with supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés that make daily life even more enjoyable. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Copacabana Beach, one of the world’s most famous landmarks, as well as nearby transport hubs, squares, and local fairs. The welcoming atmosphere and prime location make this space the ideal choice for families seeking leisure, couples, and small groups wishing to experience the authentic Carioca lifestyle.

Your reservation guarantees private and exclusive use of the apartment, providing total comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Additional guests are welcome, as long as they are identified in advance.

For your convenience, there are several nearby laundries operating in self-service or delivery mode. Bookings of three nights or more include one complimentary night as a special benefit. Our guests also have access to exclusive partnerships with discounts at selected establishments, such as Padaria Baked (Santa Clara Street, 33 – Copacabana), Bayam Restaurant (Barão da Torre Street, 354 – Ipanema), Booze Restaurant (Farme de Amoedo Street, 43 – Ipanema), and LavMaq Laundry (Barata Ribeiro Street, 774 – Copacabana).

Our support team is available every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to provide assistance and information. Access to the apartment is simple and secure through an electronic lock, with the access code sent at 1 p.m. on the day of arrival — make sure you are connected to the Internet to receive it.

We also offer the option of installment payments in up to 12 interest-free installments to make your reservation easier. Please note that the apartment welcomes children but does not accept pets.

Yes Temporada also operates as a travel agency, offering support for leisure tourists, corporate guests, and companies, with invoices available when required. For your comfort, we provide a complimentary change of bed linen and towels every seven days upon request.

Additionally, you can rely on our support point with luggage storage in Copacabana, located at Constante Ramos Street, 43A.

ABOUT THE SPACE

The apartment offers three bedrooms, one of them a compact suite, in addition to an independent bathroom, a decorated living room, and an open-concept kitchen. The accommodations include a king-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed, allowing up to five guests to stay with great comfort.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the property is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, iron, hairdryer, bed and bath linen, blackout curtains, wardrobes, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

Among the highlights are a washing machine, portable crib, coffee machine, and an electronic lock for greater security. Extras such as futons and beach chairs are available upon prior request or can be picked up at our store in Copacabana.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

The check-in and check-out process has been designed for your convenience. Check-in can be done remotely or in person, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The access code is sent at 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival through the reservation system, ensuring security and autonomy. We request that all guests provide their documents at least 48 hours in advance, in compliance with LGPD.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m., and late check-out is available upon prior request.

We offer support before, during, and after your stay, as well as additional services that can be requested, such as grocery shopping, fruit delivery, medications, attraction tickets, transfers, and personalized local tips.

For added convenience, we also provide luggage storage at our Copacabana office.

COPACABANA – HISTORY, CULTURE, AND EXPERIENCES

Copacabana, the “Little Princess of the Sea,” is a world-famous neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro, whose name originates from a Bolivian sanctuary. Since the early 20th century, with the inauguration of the Copacabana Palace in 1923, it has established itself as an icon of glamour, sophistication, and tourism, attracting celebrities and blending Carioca tradition with cultural diversity.

The neighborhood is vibrant, welcoming, and cosmopolitan. Its promenade, featuring the famous wave mosaic by Burle Marx, is a postcard-worthy landmark.

The main highlight is Copacabana Beach (approximately 4 km), perfect for sunbathing, sports such as volleyball and footvolley, and leisurely walks, with lively kiosks open year-round. The area also offers bike lanes connecting it to Ipanema and Leblon.

The Forte de Copacabana is a must-visit, offering historical significance, panoramic views, and the famous Café do Forte.

The gastronomy is rich and diverse, including restaurants, pizzerias, steakhouses, and historic bakeries such as Colombo Copacabana.

TRANSPORTATION

The area is well served by public transportation, including subway lines, buses, and taxis, as well as bike lanes that allow for practical and safe travel throughout the neighborhood.

Apps such as Uber, 99, Taxi Rio, and Moovit are highly recommended to facilitate your movements. Please note that using a private car is not advised due to heavy traffic and the high cost of parking in Copacabana.

For greater convenience, we offer transfers with accredited drivers at fixed rates: R$120 from Santos Dumont Airport, Rio Port, or Bus Station; R$150 from Galeão Airport; R$600 to Cabo Frio or Búzios; and R$800 to Angra dos Reis or Ilha Grande.
