Three spacious bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with bunk beds. All rooms feature curtains and air conditioning for your comfort. Windows overlook a wooded area, providing natural light and privacy. Generous wardrobes offer ample storage for your belongings.

Two full bathrooms equipped with showers, mirrors, hygiene essentials, and a hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM

A generous living area of 120 square meters with a comfortable sofa and climate-controlled environment. The dining table is perfect for enjoying meals and special moments with family and friends.

The Smart TV provides cable channels for relaxing entertainment, creating an ideal space to unwind after a busy day. The bathrooms are stocked with showers, basic hygiene items such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, as well as hot water available at all times.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washer-dryer, microwave, blender, and toaster. Dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a water bottle are also provided.

The building offers 24-hour reception and convenient elevator access. The environment is quiet, with designated quiet hours from 8pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful stay. All rooms are well-ventilated, allowing fresh air throughout. The casual décor blends functionality and aesthetic appeal.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in:

Starts at 2:00 PM. If you would like to arrive earlier, from 9:00 AM, this may be possible at no extra cost if there are no departing guests. Please let us know your schedule in advance so we can ensure everything is prepared for you.

All guests are required to send identification up to 72 hours before arrival. Your information is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering must check in with the front desk for the safety of all guests.

Keys are handed over in person. Please note: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional charge. Notify us ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements at the best possible cost. If your check-in uses a code, you are free to arrive at any time.

Check-out:

Until 12:00 PM. Late check-out is available until 3:00 PM at no extra charge if there are no scheduled arrivals on the same day.

If you have physical keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug any appliances, dispose of the trash properly, and close the door when you leave. If you need to store your luggage, we're happy to assist you at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

TRANSPORTATION

Siqueira Campos Station provides access to Metro Line 1 (Orange), connecting you to Ipanema, Botafogo, Downtown, and other important areas. The walk to the station is quick and safe, approximately 450 meters.

Several bus lines serve the area, connecting the neighborhood to Downtown, North Zone, West Zone, and beaches such as Ipanema, Leme, and Recreio.

Conventional taxis are available at nearby stands, along the seafront, and on the neighborhood streets. Ride-hailing apps like Uber and 99 also operate efficiently in this area, offering convenience and predetermined fares.

PARKING: Parking is available at Rua Santa Clara, 145 (covered, 24 hours, 200 meters away). Another option is Rua Figueiredo de Magalhães, 598 (covered, 24 hours, 300 meters away).

Santos Dumont Airport is about 10 km away, approximately 15 minutes by car. Galeão International Airport is about 25 km away, usually a 45-minute drive, depending on traffic conditions.
