Your reservation guarantees the private use of the entire apartment, making it ideal to relax in complete comfort during your stay in Rio. Your guests are welcome to share unforgettable moments!

The access code or key will be sent directly to you on your arrival day at 1:00 PM. As soon as you arrive, just open the door and feel at home! If you need anything before or after this time, just let us know — we will do our best to help!

The electronic lock gives you complete freedom to come and go as you please. Enjoy a comfortable double bed and a single bed. Fresh, quality linens and towels are included. A functional closet awaits to organize your belongings. Air conditioning keeps you cool on sunny days. The TV is ready for your relaxing moments, and the blackout curtains invite a refreshing sleep. An iron and hairdryer are at your disposal to stay impeccable. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, and the bathroom includes a hygienic shower and hot water for a relaxing bath.

YOUR COZY APARTMENT:

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Our functional apartment has 1 charming bedroom, an integrated room for your moments of relaxation, a kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures and 1 practical bathroom.

Located on the 4th floor, with back/ front view, is less than 5 minutes from the beach!

Your accommodation features 1 super comfy double bed, 1 single bed, cable TV for your movies and series, Wi-Fi to keep the connection, air conditioning, all basic household utensils and hot water for a refreshing bath.

If you travel with a small treasure, we can lend 1 portable cot and baby bed clothes, plus beach chairs to enjoy the sun (request 1 day before).

Every 7 days, we carry out the complete change of bed linen and bath so you always have everything fresh (just order 1 day in advance). In our vibrant neighborhood, you will be close to great restaurants, amazing scenery, beachfront and with all the transport and commerce options around you. Our residential building is a safe and cozy refuge!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is done remotely, with an access code for the apartment, available from 2PM to 5PM.

If you need an early check-in or will arrive after 5PM, please let us know in advance.

On the day of your arrival, before 2PM, we will send you the access code. Make sure you have an internet connection to receive the code and initial instructions. Please inform us in advance if you need any special arrangements.

For everyone’s safety, all guests must be identified. Two days before your arrival, we will remind you to send photos of your documents. Don’t worry — your information is protected according to Brazil’s LGPD privacy law.

Check-out is self-service and should be completed by 12PM. Just turn off all appliances and close the door when leaving.

Our housekeeper will arrive at 12PM to prepare the apartment for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance. If there are no guests arriving after you, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request!

CURIOSITIES AND HISTORICAL FACTS

The Copacabana Palace: Opened in 1923, this iconic hotel has become a symbol of luxury and glamour, hosting celebrities and historical events. Walking through its facade is already a journey in time! The Copacabana Boardwalk: Designed by Burle Marx, with its famous black and white waves, the boardwalk is an open-air work of art and one of the most recognized postcards in Brazil. The Revolt of the 18 Strong: In 1922, the Copacabana Fort was the scene of a military uprising that marked the history of the country. The "18 do Forte" marched along the waterfront in protest, in an episode of great courage and political significance. The Birth of Bossa Nova: Although the Beco das Garrafas in Copacabana is known as one of the cradles of Bossa Nova, the musical movement that revolutionized Brazil had its first wheels and meetings in discreet apartments and bars of the neighborhood in the late 50s. Names like Tom Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes and João Gilberto frequented the neighborhood, exchanging ideas and chords that would give rise to this unique and world-famous rhythm. The bohemian and inspiring atmosphere of Copacabana certainly contributed to the flowering of Bossa Nova.

Juices and Açaís: On the corners and the waterfront, you will find several stalls and shops offering natural juices and energetic açaís, perfect for a sunny day. Bakeries and Snack Bars: For a hearty breakfast, a quick snack or a fresh bread roll, the bakeries and snack bars of Copacabana are an excellent choice. Keep an eye out: prices on the waterfront are usually a little bit saltier than in the inner streets. When paying in cash, try to negotiate discounts! For culture lovers, on Tuesdays many museums open their doors for free! Stay alert and avoid giving money to beggars on the street. Count on us for whatever you need tickets or information about the city!

Every day, you can count on the subway, buses, and taxis to get around the city with ease. Use the Moovit app as a smart guide for bus, subway, and train routes.

Uber and 99 apps also make getting around easier, giving you access to drivers right at your fingertips.

In Copacabana, walking is a great option to explore every corner of the neighborhood. Subway and buses are the best options for other areas of the city (traffic can be challenging!). For the downtown area, the subway is the most convenient option.

Avoid using a car if possible — parking can be expensive and the city has heavy traffic.

Heading to or from the airport? Taxi or Uber are practical and quick for your travel.
