IMPORTANT NOTES

Compact bathroom: The private bathroom is compact, and the shower area does not have a full glass enclosure, which may result in some water splashing outside while showering. Extra towels and a squeegee are provided for your convenience.

Double suites: The property features a modern double-suite layout, sharing a main external door with the adjacent unit. Each suite has its own independent lock, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS

Early check-in (from 9 a.m.) and late check-out (until 3 p.m.) may be available at no additional cost, depending on apartment availability. Please contact us at least one day in advance to arrange this. For babies up to 2 years old, a portable crib is available upon prior request.

HOUSEKEEPING

Bedding and towel changes are complimentary every 7 days (please request in advance). Extra cleaning or weekly housekeeping is available for R$ 300 (please request at least one day in advance).

ABOUT SPACE ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Available from 2 PM. Check-in is remote and completed via electronic lock. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival, around 1 PM. Early entry from 9 AM is possible at no extra cost if the space is available. Please submit a photo ID up to 72 hours in advance (in accordance with data protection regulations). Identification at the entrance is required. For in-person arrivals after 8 PM, an additional fee may apply—please notify us in advance.

CHECK-OUT: By 12 PM. Departure can be extended until 3 PM if there are no new guests scheduled to arrive. Upon leaving, please close the door, disconnect any devices, and dispose of trash properly. We offer secure luggage storage at our base in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
