GENERAL INFORMATION

The apartment is located in a residential building within the Cidade Copacabana Condominium (Siqueira Campos Street, 143), which has 24-hour internal security! The accommodation offers all the conveniences of a real home, designed to provide you with comfort and safety during your stay.

Your door code or key will be sent to you on the day of your arrival at 1 PM. If you need something different, please let us know in advance, okay?

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, to assist you in the best possible way!

YOUR COZY APARTMENT:

Our apartment features one charming bedroom, an integrated living area for relaxing moments, a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, and one practical bathroom.

Located in a prime spot in Copacabana, you’ll be less than 10 minutes from the beach!

Your stay includes a super comfortable double bed, TV for your movies and shows, Wi-Fi to stay connected, air conditioning, all the basic home essentials, and hot water for a refreshing shower.

Every 7 days, we provide a full change of bed linen and towels, so you always have everything fresh and clean (just request it one day in advance). In our vibrant neighborhood, you’ll be surrounded by great restaurants, stunning scenery, and all the transportation and shopping options you could need. Our residential building is a safe and welcoming retreat!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 2 PM to 5 PM. Access is through physical keys, which can be picked up at our base located at Constante Ramos Street, 43, Store A, in Copacabana, just a few meters from the apartment.

If you need early check-in or your arrival will be after 5 PM, please let us know as soon as possible.

On your arrival day, before 2 PM, we’ll send all the check-in instructions. It’s important that you have internet access to receive these details. Let us know in advance if you need anything different.

For everyone’s safety, all guests must be identified. Two days before your arrival, we’ll remind you to send photos of your identification documents. Don’t worry — your data is protected under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Check-out is self-managed and must be done by 12 PM. Please make sure to turn off all appliances before leaving and lock the door. The keys should be returned to our base (at the address mentioned above).

Our housekeeper will arrive at 12 PM to prepare the accommodation for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance — if there’s no reservation right after yours, we’ll be happy to accommodate you!

The Copacabana Boardwalk: Designed by Burle Marx, with its famous black and white waves, the boardwalk is an open-air work of art and one of the most recognized postcards in Brazil. The Revolt of the 18 Strong: In 1922, the Copacabana Fort was the scene of a military uprising that marked the history of the country. The "18 do Forte" marched along the waterfront in protest, in an episode of great courage and political significance. The Birth of Bossa Nova: Although the Beco das Garrafas in Copacabana is known as one of the cradles of Bossa Nova, the musical movement that revolutionized Brazil had its first wheels and meetings in discreet apartments and bars of the neighborhood in the late 50s. Names like Tom Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes and João Gilberto frequented the neighborhood, exchanging ideas and chords that would give rise to this unique and world-famous rhythm. Shopping Centers: Near Copacabana, you will find shopping centers like Rio Sul, with a wide variety of shops, cinemas and food court.

GOLD TIPS:

Keep an eye out: prices on the waterfront are usually a little bit saltier than in the inner streets. When paying in cash, try to negotiate discounts! For culture lovers, on Tuesdays many museums open their doors for free! Stay alert and avoid giving money to beggars on the street. Count on us for whatever you need tickets or information about the city!

TRANSPORTATION:

Every day, you can count on the Siqueira Campos subway station, located right next to the building, to easily reach various parts of the city — including other South Zone neighborhoods such as Ipanema and Leblon, the Barra da Tijuca area, and Downtown Rio.

In addition, you can also use buses, ride-hailing apps (like Uber or 99), or taxis to move around the city with ease. We recommend using the Moovit app as a smart guide for bus, metro, and train routes. Private cars are not recommended due to traffic and expensive parking fees.

In Copacabana, walking is one of the best ways to get around and explore every charming corner of the neighborhood.
