This one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Support is available daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We provide invoices for business stays, cribs and beach chairs upon request, and complimentary return transfers for stays over five nights.

To ensure your safety and comply with condominium regulations, please send a photo ID for all guests in advance.

Check-out must be completed by 12 p.m. If you require a different departure time, please check the availability of a late check-out.

Return airport transfers are available for guests staying 5 nights or more. Siqueira Campos Station provides easy access to downtown, North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other important areas. Several bus lines operate in the area, connecting the entire city, including downtown, North and West Zones, different beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

PARKING:

Rio Rotativo — Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (across from the property) — operates daily from 7 am to 7 pm, allowing up to 4 hours of parking, with hourly rates.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, taking about 30 minutes by car. Galeão International Airport is around 25 km away, with a drive time of approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away, ideal for guests arriving by intercity bus.
