The apartment is situated in a residential building within the Cidade Copacabana Condominium (Rua Siqueira Campos, 143), which offers 24-hour internal security. The accommodation provides all the comforts of home, designed to ensure both comfort and safety for guests.

Access to the apartment is via keys, which should be collected at our base on Rua Constante Ramos, 43, Loja A, in Copacabana, just a few meters from the property. If you need another delivery arrangement, please contact us in advance to discuss alternatives.

Our team is available every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to assist you!

Located in a prime spot in Copacabana, you’ll be less than 10 minutes from the beach!

Your stay includes a super comfortable double bed, TV for your movies and shows, Wi-Fi to stay connected, air conditioning, all the basic home essentials, and hot water for a refreshing shower.

Every 7 days, we provide a full change of bed linen and towels, so you always have everything fresh and clean (just request it one day in advance). In our vibrant neighborhood, you’ll be surrounded by great restaurants, stunning scenery, and all the transportation and shopping options you could need. Our residential building is a safe and welcoming retreat!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Access to the apartment is provided with keys, which should be picked up at our main office, located at Rua Constante Ramos, 43, Loja A, in Copacabana—just a few meters from the apartment. Our service hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

If you require early check-in or expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please let us know in advance.

On the day of your arrival, before 2:00 PM, we will send you all the necessary instructions. It is important to have internet access to receive these initial guidelines. If you need any adjustments, please inform us as soon as possible.

To ensure everyone's safety, guest identification is required. Two days before your arrival, we will ask you to send photos of your identification documents. Your data will be protected in accordance with the LGPD.

Check-out is self-service and must be completed by 12:00 PM. Simply turn off all appliances, close the door, and return the keys to our office at the address provided.

Our housekeeper will arrive at 12:00 PM to prepare the accommodation for the next guests. If you need late check-out, please inform us as early as possible. If there is no next guest scheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Multiple subway lines serve the area — Copacabana Station and nearby stations provide access to Line 1, connecting you to Downtown, North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other key destinations.

Several bus lines operate in the neighborhood, offering connections to the entire city, including Downtown, North Zone, West Zone, other beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

Traditional taxis are available at nearby street points. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 offer modern alternatives with upfront pricing.

The neighborhood is well-organized and easy to navigate on foot or by public transit.

PARKING:

Although the property does not have a private garage, verified parking is available nearby:

Rio Rotativo Parking — Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (directly across the street) — open Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm, allows up to 4 hours of parking, hourly rate applies.

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, which is about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is approximately 25 km away, or around 45 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away for guests arriving by intercity bus.
