Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. There are 6 beds in total, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and wardrobes.

Living room: Smart TV with cable channels and Netflix, sofa bed, and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and range hood. Includes dinnerware, cutlery, and various utensils. There is also a barbecue grill for preparing special meals.

Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms, including 1 shared bathroom. Step-free shower, hygiene essentials provided (soap, towels, toilet paper), and 24-hour hot water.

Extras: Washing machine in the service area, balcony, 1 free parking space, portable crib, and beach chairs available at no extra cost (upon request).

Important: The property does not have air conditioning but is naturally cool and features fans in all rooms.

CHECK-IN:
From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, starting at 9:00 AM, this may be arranged at no extra cost, provided there is no guest checking out on the same day—please inform us in advance so we can prepare for your arrival. All guests are required to submit identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival; your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For the safety of all, everyone must check in at the front desk. Keys are handed over in person.

Important: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee, so please notify us in advance so we can assist you in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is via code, it is simple and you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT:
By 12:00 PM. If there are no guests checking in that day, you may check out by 3:00 PM at no extra charge. If you have physical keys, please leave them on the table, unplug all equipment, dispose of all trash properly, and close the door as you leave. Luggage storage is available at our location: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
