YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests in 90m² of well-utilized space: Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a double bed; Bedroom 3 features a bunk bed (for 2 people) and a single bed; and Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. There are 6 beds in total, all equipped with ceiling fans and wardrobes.

The living room offers a Smart TV with cable channels and Netflix, a sofa bed, and direct access to the balcony—the social heart of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen caters to everything from breakfast to barbecues, including a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, and grill for special group meals.

There are 3 full bathrooms (including 1 guest bathroom) with hot water available 24/7, step-free showers, and toiletries provided. A washing machine in the service area makes longer stays more convenient, and free parking is available for your car during peak season.

Important: The property does not have air conditioning, but it is naturally cool and equipped with fans in all rooms—the ambiance remains pleasant even on hot days.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM (in person), with arrival window until 7:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the table, turn off all devices, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you need something different, we are happy to help whenever possible—just let us know on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You can also arrange early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day fee, always confirmed in advance with us to avoid overbooking.

Arriving after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person assistance for entry? After 7:00 PM, an extra fee of R$150 applies; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$300.

All guests must send a photo ID up to 72 hours before arrival—your data is protected in accordance with LGPD regulations.

TRANSPORTATION

Ride-hailing apps such as Uber, 99, and taxis are easily available in the area.

Cabo Frio Bus Station (Terminal Aléxis Novellino): Just a few minutes away by car, offering routes to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and other cities in the Lakes Region.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan bus routes within the city. Cabo Frio International Airport: approximately 10 km away (about a 15-minute drive).

From Rio de Janeiro: about 155 km (approximately 2.5 hours by car) via Rodovia dos Lagos.

Parking: The condominium offers one complimentary parking space—a rare advantage during the high season. Street parking is also available.

We offer a free return transfer (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for stays of 5 nights or more. Outbound transfer for stays under 4 nights: R$ 100 for vehicles with up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4pm).
