Our space accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a cozy bedroom with a queen bed—ideal for a good rest. In addition, there’s a sofa bed and a single mattress available for the 4th guest.

The apartment features one suite bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

The living room is cozy and equipped with a flat-screen TV, offering comfort for watching a movie or just unwinding. It has a very comfortable pull-out sofa, and we can also provide a mattress for an extra guest — just let us know before your arrival.

Enjoy 2 bathrooms, perfect for families with children who value extra privacy!

And that’s not all — if you’re traveling with little ones, we can provide a portable crib free of charge!

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT:

The building is easily accessible and located on one of the most pleasant streets in Leblon, Rua Antônio Maria Teixeira, very close to the beach and the neighborhood’s main services.

Check-in is done with in-person key delivery, and guests must coordinate their arrival time in advance with our service center.

Important: after 8:00 p.m., an additional fee applies for key delivery, so we recommend confirming this detail in advance. Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. For security and efficiency, as well as to receive necessary instructions, all guest documents must be sent at least 72 hours before arrival. Guest data will be kept secure according to LGPD (General Data Protection Law).

Check-in and check-out are conducted in a practical and safe manner, with flexible times depending on availability. If your check-in or check-out schedule does not fit your plans, luggage can be stored at our Copacabana office (Address: Rua Constante Ramos, 43, Store A).

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD – LEBLON:

Leblon is one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic and sophisticated neighborhoods — synonymous with elegance, quality of life, and breathtaking landscapes. Behind this modern fame, however, lies a rich history that helps explain how the area became one of Brazil’s most coveted addresses.

The name “Leblon” comes from Charles Leblon, a Frenchman who, in the 19th century, owned a large farm in the area, known as Fazenda do Leblon. Before that, the land was sparsely inhabited, consisting of sandbanks, small farms, and agricultural areas supplying the growing city of Rio de Janeiro, which was expanding toward the South Zone.
