IMPORTANT NOTES

The apartment is located on one of the main streets in the neighborhood, so some urban noise may occur during peak hours.

The parking space is private and numbered.

Parties and events are not permitted.

LUGGAGE, CRIBS, AND BEACH CHAIRS

Check-ins from 9:00 am and check-outs until 3:00 pm can be arranged at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please schedule at least one day in advance.

For babies up to 2 years old, a crib is available upon prior request.

HOUSEKEEPING

Linen is changed free of charge every 7 days (please request in advance). Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee (request at least one day in advance).

CHECK-IN

From 2:00 PM. Remote check-in with key available at reception.

All guests must send a copy of their identification up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected under data protection regulations. Important: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee of R$150 if staff assistance is required.

CHECK-OUT

By 12:00 PM. You may check out until 3:00 PM at no extra cost if there are no new guests scheduled to arrive. If you need to leave very early, simply return the keys at the front desk, turn off all appliances and the stove, dispose of trash properly, and close the door.
