We are Yes Temporada (since 2008), daily support from 9am to 7pm, based in Copacabana for assistance and luggage storage. We lend cribs and beach chairs (subject to availability), issue invoices for business trips.

LUGGAGE, CRIB AND BEACH CHAIRS

Arrivals from 9am and departures up to 3pm may be possible at no extra cost, if the apartment is available. Please align with our team 1 day in advance. For babies up to 2 years old, we lend a crib upon prior request. We also lend beach chairs (subject to availability).

HOUSEKEEPING

We provide cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels free of charge every 7 days (please request in advance). If you would like extra cleaning, ask our team about availability and pricing.BUSINESS TRAVELWe issue receipts and invoices for corporate needs. If your company frequently travels to one of the cities we serve, we can set up corporate rate agreements.

CHECK-IN

From 2pm. Remote check-in with a code sent on arrival day around 1pm. All guests must send an ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected under Brazil’s LGPD data protection law. Everyone entering must identify themselves at the front desk. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee.

CHECK-OUT

Until 12pm. You may leave up to 3pm at no extra cost if no new guest is arriving. If your stay uses keys, please leave them on the table, unplug equipment, organize trash properly, and close the door.
