The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. Located on the 7th floor, it offers both rear and front views, and is less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It features 2 queen beds, 1 extra mattress, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, household items, and hot water.

Private parking is available one block from the accommodation.

We provide a portable crib and bedding for your baby, as well as beach chairs. Please request at least 1 day in advance.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is remote and secured with a passcode, available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

If you need to arrive earlier or later than this timeframe, please let us know in advance. If there are no other guests scheduled, we’ll be happy to assist you!

On the day of your arrival, at 1:00 PM, we will send your access code. Please ensure you have internet access to receive it. If you require a different arrangement, let us know as soon as possible.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we need to verify the identity of all guests. Two days before your check-in, we will request the submission of your identification document photo once more. Rest assured, your data is protected in accordance with privacy regulations.

Check-out is self-service: simply turn off all devices and close the door when you leave. Our cleaning staff will arrive at noon to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

If you need a late check-out, please inform us in advance. If we do not have an incoming reservation for the same day, we’ll be glad to accommodate your request!

Return airport transfers are available for guests staying five nights or more.

Several metro lines serve the area—Copacabana Station and other nearby stations connect you to Line 1, providing easy access to Downtown, the North Zone, Barra da Tijuca, and other important locations.

Many bus lines pass through the neighborhood, connecting you to Downtown, the North Zone, West Zone, various beaches, and Barra da Tijuca.

Standard taxis are available at local taxi stands throughout the neighborhood. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and 99 are also available, offering convenience and upfront pricing.

The neighborhood is well-organized, making it easy to get around on foot or by public transport.

PARKING:

Rio Rotativo Parking — Rua Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, 1085 (directly across from the property) — open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with hourly rates and a maximum of 4 hours of parking.

Santos Dumont Airport is about 15 km away, approximately a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is around 25 km away, with a travel time of about 45 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is around 13 km away for those arriving by intercity bus.

The best way to explore Copacabana is on foot. The neighborhood is flat, well-lit, safe, and perfect for walking. You will be close to the beach, top restaurants and bars, a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, cultural attractions, museums, and historic forts.
