The apartment is approximately 44 m², spacious and well distributed, featuring a bedroom, living room, American-style kitchen, and closet. You’ll also find digital air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, and telephone — everything you need for a complete stay.

For moments of leisure or relaxation, the building offers premium facilities: a rooftop pool, sauna, gym, gourmet area, game room, meeting room, and event space. You can also count on a 24-hour reception service, valet parking, on-site restaurant, minimarket, and self-service laundry.

For greater safety and efficiency — and to ensure that all necessary instructions are sent in time — the documents of all guests must be submitted up to 72 hours before arrival. Guest information is kept secure in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

HISTORY

The city of Campinas is located in the interior of São Paulo state, and its origins date back to the 18th century. The region was once covered by vast fields and forests and became an important stopping point for bandeirantes (explorers) and tropeiros (traveling merchants) heading toward the inland regions of Minas Gerais and Goiás. On July 14, 1774, the settlement that would become Campinas was officially founded.

Over the years, the local economy evolved — first driven by sugarcane, and later by coffee, which significantly boosted urban growth, infrastructure, and regional wealth. By the late 19th century, Campinas was considered the “agricultural capital” of the state. The city also faced major challenges, including severe yellow fever epidemics that deeply affected its population at the end of the 1800s.

Today, Campinas blends tradition and modernity — it’s a hub of services, technology, education, and industry, while still preserving architectural and cultural traces of its past.
