IMPORTANT NOTES

The pool is not equipped with an automatic continuous heating system (heating service can be requested in advance). Access to the mansion is available only by stairs. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Events and parties with loud music are not allowed.

LUGGAGE, CRIBS & BEACH CHAIRS

Early arrivals from 9:00 AM and late departures until 3:00 PM may be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability—please confirm one day in advance. A crib for children up to 2 years old is available upon request. Beach chairs and mats are provided at no additional cost.

CLEANING

Bed linens and towels are changed once a week at no extra charge. For daily cleaning or additional changes of sheets and towels, please check availability and rates with our team.

CORPORATE

Receipts and invoices are issued for corporate stays. Special rates and conditions are available for frequent or extended stays in Rio de Janeiro.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM at no extra cost, subject to availability. Keys are handed over in person, along with guidance about the property. For security and identification purposes, please send a photo ID at least 72 hours before arrival, in accordance with data protection regulations. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests, check-out can be extended until 3:00 PM. Upon departure, please turn off all electronic devices, dispose of any trash, and return the keys in person. We offer luggage assistance at our Copacabana base (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
