IMPORTANT NOTES

The pool does not have automatic continuous heating (pool heating can be arranged in advance upon request). Access to the mansion is via stairs only. Quiet hours are strictly observed between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Events and parties with loud music are not permitted.

LUGGAGE, CRIBS & BEACH CHAIRS

Early check-in from 9:00 AM and late check-out until 3:00 PM may be possible at no additional cost, subject to availability—please confirm one day prior to your stay. A crib for children up to 2 years old is available upon request. Beach chairs and mats are provided free of charge.

CLEANING

Bed linens and towels are changed once a week at no extra cost. For daily cleaning or additional changes of sheets and towels, please check availability and rates with our team.

CORPORATE

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available from 9:00 AM at no extra cost, subject to availability. Keys are handed over in person, along with instructions about the property. For security and identification purposes, please provide a photo ID at least 72 hours before arrival, in compliance with data protection regulations. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged in advance.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests, check-out can be extended until 3:00 PM. Upon departure, please turn off all electronic devices, dispose of any trash, and return the keys in person. Luggage assistance is available at our Copacabana base (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
