YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Your spacious apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring beds with blackout curtains that ensure privacy and complete darkness for restful sleep. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, mirrors, toiletries, and hot water at any time. Fresh towels are provided regularly.

All rooms include air conditioning, allowing you to set your preferred temperature. The apartment enjoys plenty of natural light and has a pleasant atmosphere. Large closets offer ample space for your belongings.

The living room is both cozy and functional, furnished with a comfortable sofa—perfect for relaxation or spending quality time with family and friends. There is plenty of space for your family and pets to move around freely.

ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If no guest is staying in the accommodation on the day of your arrival, you may check in earlier, starting at 9:00 AM, at no extra charge. Please notify us in advance of your expected arrival time so we can prepare everything for you.

All guests must provide identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the property must present identification — this is for everyone’s safety.

Keys are delivered in person. Important: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can assist you in the best way and minimize any costs. If your check-in is via access code, you can arrive at any time with ease.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM (noon). You may stay until 3:00 PM at no extra charge if there is no incoming guest.

If your accommodation uses keys, please leave them on the table, unplug electronic devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door when you leave. If you need luggage storage, we can assist you at our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome, and we have a crib available for babies. Events or parties are not allowed in the space. Pets are welcome! To ensure everyone’s comfort, please respect quiet hours and maintain cleanliness in common areas. Leashes are required for pets in public spaces.

Cantagalo Station provides access to Metro Line 1, connecting you to Botafogo, Downtown, the North Zone, and other key stations. The walk to the station is short and safe.

Several bus lines serve the area, offering connections to Downtown, the North Zone, West Zone, other beaches, and a variety of destinations.

Traditional taxis can be found at nearby stands, along the beach, and throughout neighborhood streets. Ride-hailing apps like Uber and 99 provide modern alternatives with upfront pricing.

Parking: There is no garage at the property, but we recommend the two closest parking options:

Apark370 Estacionamento Copa — Rua Barata Ribeiro, 370, Copacabana (380 meters away, fully automated, covered, open 24 hours)

However, in Copacabana, most places can be reached on foot, making walking the most enjoyable option.

Santos Dumont Airport is about 3 km away, approximately 8 minutes by car. Galeão International Airport is about 20 km away, roughly 35 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is approximately 6 km away for guests arriving by long-distance bus.
