CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

Check-in:

From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, provided no other guest is checking out that day—just let us know your arrival time in advance so we can make sure everything is ready for you. All guests are required to send a valid identification document up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected according to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For everyone's safety, identification is required at the entrance.

Key handover is done in person.

Important: Arrivals after 8:00 PM may be subject to an additional fee. Please inform us in advance so we can offer the best solution at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is by code, you can arrive at any time with no concerns.

Checkout:

Until 12:00 PM. You may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no additional cost, provided no new guest is arriving immediately after. For stays with keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug all electronics, dispose of any trash properly, and close the door as you leave. If you need to store your luggage after checkout, we offer support at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
