We offer room tidying and renewal of bed and bath linens once a week free of charge. If you would like daily service, you can order it from us; consult availability and prices with our customer service team!

The suite features a queen bed that invites complete rest, protected by curtains that completely block the light. The private bathroom has a step-free accessible shower, mirror, hygiene items, and a hairdryer. Individual air conditioning allows you to choose your ideal temperature.

The windows open to an exclusive balcony, offering natural light and a city view. Spacious closets store your belongings comfortably. The living room accommodates a comfortable sofa bed that easily welcomes one more guest; an additional single mattress offers flexibility.

A dining table allows for sharing moments with family and friends. Access to the large balcony is ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the environment.

Ceiling and portable fans offer comfort on warmer days. Blackout curtains control natural light according to your preference. Smart TV with cable channels offers entertainment.

The social bathroom is complete with a step-free accessible shower, basic hygiene items such as soap, towel, and toilet paper, in addition to hot water at any time.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, collective washing machine (request team for handling), microwave, blender, and toaster. Also: crockery, cutlery, and utensils, and a water bottle.

The condo offers 24-hour reception via a code at the street door (accessible 24h, no doorman), a shared outdoor swimming pool with a view and shallow end for those hot days, a communal gym for those who like to exercise, and an elevator for easy access.

Garage for 2 cars (confirm availability; free parking spaces in front of the building). Daily cleaning in shared spaces, garden/yard with barbecue in the common area.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN:

From 2 pm. If you wish to arrive starting at 9 am, this is possible without any extra cost, provided no guest is checking out—the important thing is to alert us in advance of your time to ensure everything is ready.

All guests must send identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Everyone entering needs to identify themselves at the concierge—it is for everyone's safety. Key delivery is done in person.

Important: arrivals after 8 pm may incur an additional fee; please notify us beforehand so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is with a code, then it's totally fine; you can arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT:

By 12 pm. You can leave until 3 pm at no additional cost if there is no new guest arriving. If your stay uses keys, just leave them on the table, disconnect the equipment, dispose of the trash properly, and close the door. If you need to store luggage, count on us at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome, and we have a crib for babies! Events or parties are not allowed in the space. Pets are welcome!

The name Gávea carries a fascinating history starting in the 16th century, when the territory was a rural stronghold linked to maritime trade—the name comes from "gávea," the nautical term for crow's nest/viewpoint, reflecting views of Guanabara Bay. In the 19th century, lands were developed near Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, attracting elites due to the proximity to nature.

The gradual urbanization transformed this green territory into one of Latin America's most sophisticated addresses. Between 1920 and 1950, Gávea gained its distinctive character: urban modernity without losing the charm of a place where the forest still dialogues with architecture, with the founding of PUC Rio in 1940 attracting intellectuals and artists.

TRANSPORTATION

Arrival and departure are best by car (Taxi, Uber) to Baixo Gávea or Leblon. The Jardim de Alah and Antero de Quental stations are the best options for going to Barra and connecting you to Copacabana, Downtown, North Zone, and other strategic stations.

Multiple bus lines serve the Baixo Gávea area, offering connections to Downtown, the North Zone, the West Zone, other beaches like Copacabana and Ipanema, and Recreio.

Traditional taxis are available at nearby stands, on the beach, and on the neighborhood streets. Apps like Uber and 99 offer modern alternatives with prices known in advance.

There are two free garage spaces in the condo. But please consult availability. Parking outside is safe and free. Avenida Niemeyer offers routes to the West Zone.

Auto Estrada Lagoa-Barra connects you to Barra da Tijuca. Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, which corresponds to about 30 minutes by car.

Galeão International Airport is approximately 25 km away, which corresponds to about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. Novo Rio Bus Terminal is approximately 13 km away for those arriving by intercity bus. Arrive as a guest, return as a friend!
