The bedroom features a comfortable bed that invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The room is equipped with blackout curtains that fully block out light when needed, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Individual air conditioning in the bedroom allows you to set your ideal temperature. The lighting provides plenty of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere. Spacious closets offer convenient storage for your belongings.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa in front of the TV, providing quality entertainment.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, mirror, basic toiletries, and hot water available at all times. Clean towels are provided regularly.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, refrigerator with freezer for food storage, air fryer, and microwave to save you time and effort. Complete sets of dishes, cutlery, and utensils allow you to prepare meals whenever you wish. A reusable water bottle helps you stay hydrated sustainably.

The building offers a 24-hour front desk with constant security. The environment is quiet, with enforced quiet hours from 8 PM to 8 AM, ensuring a restful stay.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2pm onward. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost, provided no guest is checking out — the important thing is to alert us in advance about your time to ensure everything is ready.

All guests must send identity documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone who enters must identify themselves — it is everyone's security.

Keys are delivered in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee, let us know beforehand so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest cost possible. If your check-in is with a password, it's super relaxed, you can arrive anytime.

CHECK-OUT: until 12pm noon. You can leave until 3pm at no extra cost if no new guest is arriving.

If your accommodation is with keys, just leave them on the table, disconnect the equipment, organize the trash properly and close the door. If you need to store your luggage, count on us at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome and we have a crib for babies! Events or parties are not permitted in the space. Pets are welcome! To ensure everyone's comfort, we ask for respect with quiet hours and responsible cleaning in common areas. Leash mandatory in public areas.

Siqueira Campos Station provides access to Metro Line 1, connecting you to Botafogo, Downtown, the North Zone, and other strategic stations. The walking route to the station is short and safe.
