EQUIPMENTS AND SERVICES

Your accommodation has 1 double bed (air conditioner), 1 sofa bed, 1 single bed (this with fan) cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, household items and hot water.

We provide cradles and beach chairs (no cost). If you need we can deliver mattresses (with cost).

If you want any of them, please order within 2 days prior to your need, ok?

During your stay we can change bed and bath sheets at each 7 days. Please, let us know prior to 1 day as you want it.

At the neighboorhood you are close to the Mall, local buzz, beautiful views, Ipanema and transport options, shops and banks. Close to the beach, residential building, cozy, ideal for families who come to relax and even work!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

The check-in is done in person, with key, between 2PM and 5PM. If you need a different time, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
