CHECK-IN

From 2:00 PM. Arrivals from 9:00 AM are possible at no extra cost if no guest is checking out. Inform the time in advance.All guests must send an identification document up to 72 hours before arrival (LGPD). Everyone entering must identify themselves at the reception.Key delivery is in person. Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee. Notify the team for coordination.

CHECK-OUT

Until 12:00 PM. Departure until 3:00 PM is possible at no additional cost if no new guest is arriving. If the stay involves keys, leave them on the table, disconnect equipment, organize trash, and close the door. If you need to store luggage, consult our online team.

Villa Fozzi is located in one of Sardinia's historic areas, rich in nature, archaeology, and ancient legends. Bonorva, in Meilogu, preserves the essence of Mediterranean life. Villa Fozzi, on Via Amsicora, tells the story of a family that led steam bread production in the 20th century, transforming the house into a living museum.

HISTORICAL AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL POINTS OF INTEREST

The region is rich in vestiges of ancient civilizations. The Monumental Necropolis – Domus de Janas (UNESCO Heritage) consists of rock-cut tombs, known as "fairy houses," testimonies of prehistoric civilizations.The abandoned medieval village of Rebeccu is a village that, according to legend, was abandoned due to a princess's curse. The site is one of the most visually and historically interesting points in the region.Remains of Roman baths and a Spanish prison indicate the strategic importance of the region throughout the centuries. One of Sardinia's most preserved nuragues is located nearby.

WHAT IS A NURAGHE?

Nuragues are monumental stone structures, built without mortar by the indigenous peoples of Sardinia. This stone civilization is as old as Egypt, and its construction complexity still puzzles archaeologists.NATURE AND WELL-BEINGThe area features a natural sparkling mineral water spring, water that naturally bubbles. Local tradition attributes properties to the water. There is also a nuragic spring, an ancient hydraulic construction linked to the nuragic civilization, used for rituals and water supply.The ancient volcanic plain is the origin of the territory where the villa is located, responsible for soil fertility and unique landscapes. A forest is located three streets from the unit, for walks and connection with nature.In winter, the region may experience snow. At 20 km, there is a natural Roman hot spring pool (37 °C), available year-round.

Sardinian cuisine is a pillar of local longevity. The Porceddu Ritual (roast suckling pig on myrtle skewers) is an experience. The restaurant Sa Mandra (near Alghero) is a reference. Try the Culurgiones (potato and pecorino pasta) and the Malloreddus (gnocchi with sausage and saffron). Pair with a Cannonau di Sardegna wine. The San Benedetto Market in Cagliari offers fresh oysters and Bottarga.
