If you arrive before 9:00 AM or need to store luggage outside check-out hours, we have a dedicated space in Copacabana for worry-free storage. We offer weekly cleaning, including linen and towel changes.

We provide receipts and invoices to meet corporate requirements.

For your convenience, we can supply a portable crib, beach chairs, and a floor mattress—just let us know one day in advance. Reliable high-speed internet is available for both work and leisure, and each room has its own individual air conditioning system.

Our shop in Copacabana serves as a support point for luggage storage, coffee, and other amenities during your stay. We provide a portable crib and beach chairs; please check availability in advance to coordinate delivery or arrange pickup at the shop.

MAID SERVICE

Linen and towel changes are provided once a week at no added cost. Daily cleaning service can be arranged separately; please contact our service team for availability and pricing.

We offer in-person assistance at our headquarters for guidance on transportation to the Consulate or CASV, logistics, and local procedures to help organize your time in Rio de Janeiro.

LIVING ROOM

Includes a sitting area with a sofa and side table. This area is separated from the bedroom for added comfort.

KITCHEN

Equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. Suitable for preparing meals and doing laundry.

TERRACE

This unit is an internal penthouse. The outdoor terrace is a shared space available to all residents. The building offers a 24-hour concierge service and elevators. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 2 pm. Early entry from 9 am is possible at no extra cost if no guest is departing that day. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance to help our team prepare.

Submission of an identification document is required up to 72 hours before arrival to comply with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). All guests must present identification at the concierge.

Keys are handed over in person. Arrivals after 8 pm may incur an additional fee. Please notify our team to coordinate your access.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is by 12 pm. Late departure until 3 pm is possible at no extra cost if there is no incoming guest. To finalize your stay, please leave the keys on the table, disconnect all electronic devices, organize the trash, and close the door.

Luggage storage after check-out is available at our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
