CHECK-IN

From 2:00 PM. Sending an identification document is mandatory up to 72 hours before arrival (LGPD). Identification at the concierge is required for all occupants.Key handover is in person. Arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur a displacement fee. Keep the team informed about your arrival time.

CHECK-OUT

Until 12:00 PM. Upon departure, leave the keys on the table, turn off electronic devices, and organize the trash. Luggage storage is available at our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A.
