ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN

From 2 pm. Entry from 9 am is possible at no extra cost if there is no guest leaving on the day. Inform the time in advance for team organization.

Sending an ID document is mandatory up to 72 hours before arrival to comply with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Identification at the concierge is mandatory for all occupants.

Key delivery is done in person. Arrivals after 8 pm may incur an additional fee. Notify the team to coordinate access.

CHECK-OUT

Until 12 pm. Departure until 3 pm is possible at no additional cost if there is no new guest arriving. To end the stay, leave the keys on the table, disconnect electronic equipment, organize the trash, and close the door.

Luggage storage after check-out is available at our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
