YOUR ACCOMMODATION

CHECK-IN: From 2pm. If you would like to arrive from 9am, it can be possible at no extra cost if there is no guest checking out — the key is to notify us in advance so we can ensure everything is ready.

We use a physical key for the external entrance/front desk and a code for the apartment. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee — please let us know in advance so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest possible cost.

All guests must send an ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected under Brazil’s LGPD data protection law.

Everyone entering must identify themselves at the front desk — it’s for everyone’s safety.

Key handover is done in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee — please let us know in advance so we can handle it in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is by code, it’s super easy — you can arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: By 12pm. You may leave until 3pm at no extra cost if there is no new guest arriving.

If your stay uses keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door. If you need to store luggage, count on our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome and we have a baby crib! Events or parties are not allowed.
