Local tip: Forte do Leme, situated just a few meters away, offers one of the most beautiful views in Rio for a modest fee. The metro (Cardeal Arcoverde Station) accepts contactless payments, making it easy to get around the city.

LUGGAGE, CRIB, AND BEACH CHAIRS:

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 pm. We offer flexible check-in and check-out times (early arrival or late departure) at no extra cost, subject to availability on the day. A portable crib for babies and beach chairs are available as a complimentary service, with at least 24 hours' advance notice.

HOUSEKEEPING AND CORPORATE SERVICES:

Professional cleaning service and weekly linen change are included for stays of 7 days or more. For corporate guests, we provide detailed invoices and support for business billing.

CHECK-IN:

From 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Arrivals before 9:00 AM or after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee of R$150 due to the need for staff assistance.

If you need to arrive between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, please confirm with us at least one day in advance to check availability at no extra charge. All guests must provide a valid ID up to 72 hours before arrival in accordance with data protection regulations.

CHECK-OUT:

By 12:00 PM. Late check-out until 3:00 PM is possible at no extra cost if there are no other guests scheduled to arrive that day.
