Our team is available 7 days a week; a baby crib and beach chairs are free with prior notice, and there is a free return transfer for direct bookings of more than 5 nights. Children are welcome and we provide a baby crib. Events or parties are not allowed.

We issue receipts and invoices for corporate needs. If your company has frequent demand in one of the cities we serve, we can set up negotiated rates.

The bathroom is private and complete, with step-free shower access, basic hygiene items such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, plus hot water at any time.The entrance has an electronic lock.

CHECK-IN: From 2pm. If you wish to arrive from 9am, this is possible at no extra cost when there is no guest checking out — the key is to let us know your schedule in advance so we can have everything ready.

All guests must send an ID document up to 72 hours before arrival — your data is protected by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone must identify themselves at the front desk — it is everyone’s safety.

Key handover is in person. Important: arrivals after 8pm may incur an additional fee; let us know in advance so we can organize it in the best way and at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is via code, you can arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: by 12pm. You may leave by 3pm at no additional cost when there is no new guest arriving.

If your stay uses keys, simply leave them on the table, unplug the equipment, organize the trash properly, and close the door. If you need luggage storage, count on our base at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
