CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you would like to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this can be arranged at no extra cost, provided there is no other guest checking out on the same day — just let us know your arrival time in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for you. All guests are required to send a valid ID up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected in compliance with data protection laws.

All visitors must check in at the entrance — this is for everyone’s safety.

Key handover takes place in person. Important: arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee, so please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and help avoid extra charges. If your check-in is via access code, you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: by 12:00 PM. You may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no extra cost, provided there’s no new guest arriving the same day.
