RULES:

3. The building is residential. Respect moral values, local laws, condominium rules and noise hours (maximum until 9 pm).
4. In common areas do not travel with bathing suits or shirtless and do not make excessive noise.
5. Obey local rules, for example, limit the number of people in the elevator or dispose of garbage in the appropriate places. If in doubt, ask us.

The entire apartment is exclusively yours when booking, with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, in the most fervent neighborhood of Rio, located at Rua Barata Ribeiro, Posto 3, Copacabana! In addition, count on:

1) Wifi, TV, air-conditioned environments, many comfort features;
2) Full kitchen, espresso machine, dishwashers and washing machines, general kitchen items;
3) Full bathroom, hot water, with hygiene and cleaning items for your day to day.

Don't stop there! Bed linen and towels included, of course! In addition, we are very concerned about cleanliness: clean and fragrant environment.

Check-in is done remotely, with a password or key, according to local availability. On the day of your arrival, at 1 pm, the system will send you instructions. It is important that you have Wi-Fi to receive them, ok?

Guests need to be identified, for everyone's safety, so, when there are 2 days left for their arrival, we will reinforce the request for a photo of the documents. Don't worry, your data will be protected under the GDPR.

You will be staying a few meters from one of the most famous beaches in the world, you will have all the local shops you need, pharmacies, markets, shops, street markets, not to mention the main transport in the city: taxi, uber, bus and subway. From the airports it is about 20 minutes from the SDU and 50 minutes from the GIG.

In the surroundings there are restaurants from cheap to charming, as well as markets, pharmacies, shops and everything you might need in an ordinary neighborhood, practically 24 hours a day.
