YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms: Three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed, a single bed, and a fan. The third bedroom is a suite with a double bed and air conditioning.

Living Room: Sofa bed, armchairs, and a Smart TV with cable channels and access to Netflix.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, and general utensils. Barbecue available for gatherings!

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms with step-free showers, toiletries, and hot water available 24 hours.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN

From 2 PM. If you wish to arrive from 9 AM onwards, check-in is possible at no extra cost, provided there are no other guests in the space — in this case, it is essential to inform us of your arrival time in advance so we can ensure everything is ready. All guests must send their ID document up to 72 hours before arrival. Rest assured, your data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

All guests must identify themselves at the reception for everyone's safety. Key handover is done in person. IMPORTANT: arrivals after 8 PM may incur an additional charge; please let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly, always aiming for the lowest possible cost.

CHECK-OUT

Until 12 PM. If there are no other expected guests, it is possible to leave until 3 PM without extra charge. To return the keys, simply leave them on the table. Please unplug your devices, dispose of your trash properly, and close the door when you leave. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, please contact our online team.

Vila Nova is a strategically located residential neighborhood in Cabo Frio, situated between the city center and the coastline. It is known for the tranquility of its tree-lined streets, making it a frequent choice for those who wish to be close to Praia do Forte without the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.

HISTORY:

Cabo Frio is the seventh oldest city in Brazil, founded on November 13, 1615. The Vila Nova region grew as an extension of the historical center, following the urban development driven by the salt industry in the 19th century. The salt of Cabo Frio, extracted from the salt flats of the Araruama Lagoon, was for many years the main economic engine of the city, which became the largest national producer and had its architecture and customs influenced by this activity.

For shopping, Rua dos Biquínis, located in the Gamboa neighborhood (accessible via the Feliciano Sodré Bridge), has more than 150 stores specializing in beachwear. Vila Nova has easy access to RJ-140, facilitating travel to Arraial do Cabo (10 km) and Búzios (25 km).

MUSEUMS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE SURROUNDINGS:

Fort São Mateus, built in the 17th century to protect the coast from French corsairs, offers a panoramic view of the coastline.
