IMPORTANT NOTES

Your reservation is exclusive and grants access to the entire accommodation, according to the number of guests provided in your booking.

All occupants (guests and visitors) must be registered at the entrance—the condominium may restrict access to unregistered individuals.

Bedding and towels are supplied based on the number of guests indicated in your reservation; if there are additional guests not listed, an extra linen fee may apply.

The condominium is residential: please observe quiet hours and avoid loud music or excessive noise.

Smoking in the bedrooms, parties, or events are not permitted.

Please do not flush toilet paper—use the trash bin provided.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The house accommodates up to 8 guests in 180m². Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each feature a double bed and a single bed, both with fans. The suite offers a double bed and air conditioning. In the living room, the sofa bed provides space for additional guests—for a total of 5 beds.

The living room includes armchairs, a Smart TV with cable channels and streaming services, and direct access to the veranda and garden. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from breakfast to barbecue, with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, and grill for social gatherings.

There are 3 full bathrooms, each with 24-hour hot water and step-free showers, plus complimentary toiletries. The washing machine is convenient for longer stays, and 2 parking spaces ensure peace of mind, even during peak season.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM (in person), with arrival window until 7:00 PM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time.

Check-out: until 12:00 PM. When leaving, please place the keys on the table, turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and make sure all doors and windows are closed.

If you need special arrangements, we are happy to help whenever possible—just make your request on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You may also request early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day rate, always confirmed in advance to avoid overbooking.

If you will arrive after 7:00 PM or before 9:00 AM and need in-person support for entry: a fee of R$ 150 applies after 7:00 PM; after midnight and before 9:00 AM, the fee is R$ 300.

All guests are required to submit identification up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected according to LGPD regulations.

TRANSPORTATION

Ride-hailing services such as Uber, 99, and taxis are readily available in the area.

Cabo Frio Bus Station (Aléxis Novellino Terminal): just a few minutes away by car, with routes to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and cities in the Região dos Lagos.

We recommend using the Moovit app to plan bus routes within the city. Cabo Frio International Airport: approximately 10 km away (about a 15-minute drive).

From Rio de Janeiro: approximately 155 km (about a 2.5-hour drive) via the Rodovia dos Lagos.

Parking: 2 free garage parking spaces on the property — a rare advantage during peak season. Street parking is also available.

We offer free return transfer service (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for bookings of more than 5 nights. Outbound transfers for stays shorter than 4 nights: R$ 100 for cars accommodating up to 4 people (please request at least 1 day in advance, by 4:00 pm).
