The property is conveniently located near Cobal do Humaitá, Zona Sul Supermarket, and Irajá Bakery. You'll also find pharmacies like Droga Raia nearby and have easy access to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

The bedroom features a queen bed, individual air conditioning, and wardrobes. The living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV, and climate control system. The Smart TV offers cable channels for your entertainment.

The main bathroom is fully equipped with a step-free shower, essential toiletries such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, as well as hot water available at any time. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and basic dining utensils.

The building has an elevator and a reception area. The space is quiet and well-ventilated, making it perfect for relaxation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive as early as 9:00 AM, this can be arranged at no extra cost, provided there is no guest departing on the same day. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

All guests are required to submit a valid identification document up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected according to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ensuring everyone's security.

The keys are handed over in person. Important: arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can make your arrival as smooth and cost-effective as possible.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. If there are no incoming guests scheduled for the same day, you may check out until 3:00 PM at no extra charge. If you have keys, please leave them on the table, unplug any devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door as you leave. If you need to store your luggage, we can assist you at our office: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.
