ABOUT ACCESS, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 2:00 PM. Check-in is made easy with a digital passcode sent around 1:00 PM on your arrival day. If available, early entry from 9:00 AM is possible at no extra cost. Please send a photo ID at least 72 hours in advance, in accordance with data protection regulations. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please arrange in advance.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM. Late check-out until 3:00 PM may be possible if there are no incoming guests on the same day. Upon departure, please turn off the air conditioning, dispose of trash properly, and ensure the door is closed. We offer secure luggage storage at our base in Copacabana (Rua Constante Ramos, 43A).
