Children are welcome, and we provide a crib for babies. Events and parties are not allowed on the property.

Apartment with contemporary, minimalist decor. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and spacious closets. The living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV, and dining table.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine.

Highlight: Private balcony with a side table and wicker armchairs, offering panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The Smart TV with cable channels provides entertainment. The main bathroom is fully equipped with a step-free shower, essential toiletries such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, as well as hot water at any time.

The condominium offers an outdoor pool and elevator. Includes one parking space.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Starting from 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive from 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost as long as there are no departing guests — just let us know your arrival time in advance so we can ensure everything is prepared for you.

All guests must provide identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival — your information is protected under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering must check in at the front desk — this is for everyone's safety.

Keys are handed over in person. Important: arrivals after 8:00 PM may be subject to an additional fee, so please inform us in advance so we can arrange the best and most cost-effective solution. If you are checking in with an access code, you may arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: by 12:00 PM. You may check out until 3:00 PM at no extra charge if no new guest is arriving.

If your stay involves keys, please leave them on the table, disconnect all devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door behind you. If you need to store luggage, we are happy to help at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Barra da Tijuca is the result of one of Brazil's most ambitious urban planning projects. Until the 1960s, the area was a vast expanse of sandbanks and dunes, largely uninhabited.

HISTORY AND URBANISM

In 1969, architect Lucio Costa created the master plan for the region, inspired by the "garden city" concept and the modern lifestyle of Miami. This plan emphasized wide avenues, clearly defined sectors, and integration with the lagoons and the ocean. The neighborhood is well known for its residential complexes, which function as self-contained communities offering a wide range of leisure facilities and private security.

BEACH AND LEISURE

Barra Beach, extending for 18 km, is the longest beach in Rio de Janeiro. Its clear waters and consistent winds make it ideal for surfing and kitesurfing. The waterfront offers modern kiosks serving everything from gourmet meals to classic snacks.
