Your spacious luxury apartment ensures complete comfort, featuring 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, accommodating up to 5 guests with privacy and convenience. Each bed is fitted with blackout curtains to guarantee restful sleep.

The two full bathrooms are equipped with a shower, mirror, hygiene essentials, and hot water at any time. Fresh towels are provided regularly for your comfort.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 pm onward. If you would like to arrive from 9:00 am, this is possible at no additional cost, provided there are no departing guests—please inform us in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

All guests are required to submit identification documents up to 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the space must identify themselves—this is for the security of all guests.

Keys are handed over in person. Important: arrivals after 8:00 pm may incur an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange the best solution at the lowest possible cost. If your check-in is done via a digital code, you are free to arrive at any time.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 pm noon. You may stay until 3:00 pm at no extra charge if there are no incoming guests.

If your accommodation uses physical keys, please leave them on the table, disconnect electronic devices, dispose of trash properly, and close the door when leaving. If you need to store your luggage, you are welcome to do so at our base: Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

Children are welcome, and we provide a crib for babies! Events and parties are not allowed within the space. Pets are also welcome! For the comfort of everyone, please respect quiet hours and keep common areas clean and tidy.

Rio Rotativo Rotating Parking — Rua Belford Roxo (multiple spots distributed along the street, just meters from the property) — open Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; allows up to 4 hours of parking; rates charged hourly.

MVC Copa Park Parking — Rua Ministro Viveiros de Castro, 157, Copacabana (approximately 250 meters away) — offers online reservations, valet parking, and operates 24 hours a day.

Santos Dumont Airport is about 15 km away, which is approximately a 30-minute drive. The Galeão International Airport is about 25 km away, usually a 45-minute drive depending on traffic.

Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away for guests arriving by long-distance bus.
