The access code or key will be sent directly to you on your arrival day at 1:00 PM. Once you arrive, simply unlock the door and make yourself at home! If you need anything before or after this time, just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you.

COMFORT IN EVERY DETAIL:

Once you receive the keys, you have complete freedom to come and go as you please. Enjoy a comfortable double bed and a single futon mattress. Fresh, high-quality bed linens and towels are included. A functional closet is provided for organizing your belongings. Air conditioning ensures your comfort on warm days. The TV is ready for your leisure time, and blackout curtains guarantee a restful sleep. An iron and hairdryer are also available for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom features a bidet shower and gas-powered hot water for relaxing showers.

HOUSEKEEPING: To keep everything spotless, our housekeeper can assist for R$ 120 (up to 4 hours). Please request at least one day in advance. The service includes general cleaning of the apartment (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen) and making the beds with the same linens.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

Our fully functional apartment features a cozy bedroom, an integrated living area for relaxation, a kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures, and a convenient bathroom.

Located on the 4th floor with both front and rear views, the apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the beach!

The accommodation includes one comfortable double bed, a futon mattress for a third guest, a sofa, cable TV for movies and shows, Wi-Fi to keep you connected, air conditioning, basic kitchenware, and hot water for a relaxing shower.

For your convenience, private parking is available in front of the building or just one block from the apartment.

If you’re traveling with children, we offer a portable crib and baby bedding for your use, as well as beach chairs to enjoy the sun (please request at least one day in advance).

Every 7 days, we provide a complete change of bed linens and towels to keep everything fresh and comfortable (please request at least one day in advance). Our neighborhood is lively, with excellent restaurants, beautiful scenery, beachfront location, and easy access to transport and shops. The residential building is safe and welcoming!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Our team is available every day, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, to assist you!

Check-in is contactless and can be done using a code or key, depending on availability at the location. It is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

If you need to arrive before or after these hours, please let us know as soon as possible. If there are no previous guests, we will be happy to assist!

On your arrival day, at 1:00 PM, we will send you the access code. Please ensure you have internet access to receive this information. If you need any other arrangement, just let us know in advance.

For everyone's safety, guest identification is required. Two days before your arrival, we will remind you to send photos of your documents. Rest assured, your information will be protected in accordance with data protection laws.

Check-out is self-service: simply turn off all electronic devices and close the door when you leave. Our housekeeper will arrive at 12:00 PM to clean and prepare the space for the next guests.

If you need to check out later than the scheduled time, please inform us in advance. If possible, we will be happy to accommodate your request!

Leave everything to us: from your grocery shopping, fresh fruits, or pharmacy items, to tickets for the city's top attractions. We also provide comfortable transfers to and from airports (SDU: R$ 120, GIG: R$ 150), as well as to shows, Cabo Frio (R$ 600), and Ilha Grande (R$ 800).

For transfers, please request at least 2 days in advance. All service is available on your booking website daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, ensuring both organization and safety. For any urgent needs within our service hours, we’re here for you. We know that when you’re far from home, every little bit of care makes a difference!

COPACABANA

Copacabana Palace: Opened in 1923, this hotel has become a symbol of luxury and glamour in Rio, hosting celebrities and historic events. Walking past its facade feels like taking a trip back in time!

Copacabana Promenade: Featuring iconic black and white wave patterns designed by Burle Marx, the promenade is a true open-air work of art and one of the country's best-known symbols.

The Revolt of the 18 of the Fort: In 1922, the Copacabana Fort was the site of a military uprising that marked Brazilian history. The "18 of the Fort" marched along the waterfront in an act of courage and political significance.

Birthplace of Bossa Nova: Beco das Garrafas, in Copacabana, is known as one of the birthplaces of Bossa Nova, the music movement that transformed Brazilian music. The first gatherings took place in local apartments and bars in the late 1950s. Legends such as Tom Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes, and João Gilberto frequented the area and helped create a rhythm that gained worldwide fame. The neighborhood's bohemian atmosphere was key to this generation's creativity.

TOP TIPS:

Be aware: prices along the waterfront are usually higher than those in the inner streets. If paying in cash, try negotiating for discounts.

If you're interested in culture: on Tuesdays, many museums offer free admission.

It's best not to give money directly to people asking on the street.

Daily: Use the subway, buses, and taxis to get around the city easily and access ports.

Apps to simplify your trip: Uber, 99, and Taxi services.

Rio: Private drivers are available with just a few taps.

Moovit: Your smart guide for bus, subway, and train routes.

Main ways to get around: Walk to explore every detail of the neighborhood, and use the subway, trains, or buses to reach other areas of the city (note: traffic can be heavy!).

If possible, avoid driving. Parking is usually expensive and traffic is often congested.

Arriving by airport or port? Taxis or ride-hailing apps are convenient and fast options.

Prefer extra comfort? We offer a pick-up service. Check rates and book in advance. For Cabo Frio or Búzios, the transfer costs R$ 800. For Angra dos Reis or Ilha Grande, the transfer also costs R$ 800. Please request your reservation at least 2 days in advance to guarantee availability.

For stays longer than 5 nights, we offer a transfer at checkout to Santos Dumont (SDU) or Galeão (GIG) airports.
