Our team is available daily from 9 am to 7 pm. We provide invoices, free crib and beach chair upon request, and complimentary transfer service for stays of five nights or more.

LUGGAGE AND HOUSEKEEPING

Take advantage of our luggage storage service at our base on Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, available daily from 9 am to 7 pm. The fee is R$ 30 per bag (up to 24 hours), with a 10% discount for Yes Temporada guests. For stays longer than seven days, a complimentary maintenance cleaning service is included.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The building's front desk operates 24 hours a day. Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM to assist you with your arrival. Please let us know if you require any special arrangements.

For your safety and to comply with building regulations, we kindly ask that you send a photo ID for all guests in advance.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If you need a different departure time, please ask about the possibility of a late check-out. For in-person arrivals after 8:00 PM, a reception fee of R$ 150 will apply.

Looking for extra comfort? We offer transfer services. Please check rates and book in advance. For Cabo Frio or Búzios, the transfer fee is R$ 800. For Angra dos Reis or Ilha Grande, the fee is also R$ 800. Please request at least 2 days in advance to secure your reservation.

For bookings longer than 5 nights, we offer transfer service at checkout to Santos Dumont (SDU) or Galeão (GIG) airports.
