The apartment features 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed plus an extra mattress), full convenience, and air conditioning in every room. We provide assistance 7 days a week, free crib and beach chairs, and complimentary return transfer for bookings of 5 nights or more. Children are welcome and we offer a crib for babies! Please note: parties and events are not allowed.

Pets are also welcome.

We are in a prime location on Rua Barão de Ipanema, just steps from Copacabana Beach. The area offers convenient options such as Zona Sul supermarket, 24-hour pharmacies, and Cidade Copacabana Shopping Mall.

Supermarkets:

Zona Sul (Rua Barão de Ipanema, 10): Only a 1-minute walk. Known as Rio’s “premium” supermarket, it features an excellent artisanal bakery and a great selection of cheeses and wines.

Pão de Açúcar (Rua Barata Ribeiro, 506): Just a 4-minute walk. Ideal for larger shopping trips and more product variety.

Pharmacies:

Droga Raia (Rua Barata Ribeiro, 502): Right on the corner with Barão de Ipanema. Open 24 hours a day, providing peace of mind for any nighttime emergencies.

Drogasmil (Av. N. Sra. de Copacabana, 762): An excellent choice for dermocosmetics and medicines with competitive prices.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, spacious wardrobes, air conditioning, and classic décor. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a single bed, extra mattress, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

The living room offers a navy blue velvet sofa, smart TV, round dining table, and complete climate control.

The smart TV provides cable channels for your entertainment. The main bathroom is fully equipped, featuring a step-free accessible shower and essential toiletries such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, with hot water available at any time.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine.

The space is spacious, well-ventilated, and quiet—ideal for both productive stays and moments of relaxation. A 24-hour concierge ensures total security.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you would like to arrive starting at 9:00 AM, this is possible at no extra cost, as long as there are no guests departing that day—just let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for you.

All guests must send a photo ID at least 72 hours before arrival—your information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering must identify themselves at the entrance—this measure ensures the safety of all guests.

Keys are handed over in person. Important: late arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an additional fee. Please notify us in advance so we can find the best solution and minimize costs. If you are checking in via passcode, you can arrive at any time without restriction.

CHECK-OUT: Until 12:00 PM. If no new guests are arriving, you may check out as late as 3:00 PM at no extra charge.

If you have a key, simply leave it on the table, unplug all electronic devices, organize any trash, and close the door when leaving. If you need to store luggage temporarily, we offer this service at our base located at Rua Constante Ramos, 43A, Copacabana.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Copacabana is more than just a neighborhood; it is a true symbol of Rio, renowned worldwide for its hospitality and vibrant lifestyle. Known as the “Little Princess of the Sea,” the area combines urban convenience with the unique beauty of the world's most famous beachfront.

HISTORY AND ORIGINS

The settlement of Copacabana began in the 18th century when it was still an isolated area called Sacopenapã. The current name came after a chapel was built there in honor of Our Lady of Copacabana, the patron saint of Bolivia. The area’s development accelerated at the end of the 19th century with the inauguration of the Túnel Velho in 1892, connecting the neighborhood to the rest of the city and stimulating real estate expansion. By the 1920s, Copacabana had become a haven for both local and international elites, especially after the opening of the Copacabana Palace Hotel (1923), which hosted royalty, presidents, and celebrities. Significant events, such as the Revolta dos 18 do Forte (1922) and the creation of the iconic Portuguese stone promenade—with its famous wave pattern designed by Burle Marx in the 1970s—have made Copacabana an open-air museum of history and culture.
