THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Marina Flat & Náutica is located in a prime area on the shores of Lake Corumbá, providing close contact with nature and everyday convenience. Ponto Final Supermarket (Rua 15, Caldas Novas): Strategically located at the city entrance. Yes Tip: Perfect for quick shopping and grabbing snacks for the pool.

Bretas Supermarket (Avenida Santo Amaro): About 10 minutes away by car. Yes Tip: Great for larger shopping trips, with a full bakery and a wide variety of fresh produce. Econômica Pharmacy (Rua Cel. Cirilo, Centro): Well located, with easy access. Yes Tip: Specialized service and a wide selection of sunscreen and skincare products.

Santa Marta Pharmacy (Avenida Orcalino Santos): Excellent option for those staying downtown. Yes Tip: Competitive prices and convenient parking for customers. The area also features the Náutico Praia Clube next to the resort, as well as several marinas offering support for activities on Lake Corumbá.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Modern suite with a direct view of the leisure area, equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom for individual temperature control.

The bedroom features two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

The unit offers a compact and functional kitchen, ideal for preparing quick meals. The complete bathroom has no steps, and provides essential hygiene items such as soap, towels, and toilet paper, as well as hot water at any time.

The complex offers full leisure facilities, including seven thermal, heated, and cold pools, a dry sauna, gym, and game room. The Smart TV provides a variety of entertainment options.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: From 2:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, from 9:00 AM, this can be accommodated at no extra cost as long as there is no guest departing that day — please let us know in advance so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

All guests must provide a copy of their identification up to 72 hours before arrival — your information will be protected according to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Everyone entering the property must check in at the front desk to ensure security.

Keys are handed over in person. Please note: arrivals after 8:00 PM may incur an extra fee, so notify us beforehand so we can best accommodate your entry and minimize any additional charges. If your check-in is through a passcode, you may arrive at any time without concern.

CHECK-OUT: By 12:00 PM. If there is no incoming guest, late check-out until 3:00 PM is possible at no additional charge.

If your stay involves the use of keys, please leave them on the table, disconnect all devices, dispose of the trash properly, and close the door when you leave.

ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Caldas Novas is internationally recognized as the largest hydrothermal resort in the world, situated in a region with unique geological characteristics.

HISTORY

The hot springs in the region were discovered in 1722 by Bartolomeu Bueno da Silva Filho. However, it was only in the 19th century that their therapeutic potential began to consistently attract visitors. The city was officially founded in 1911, marking the beginning of a transformation from an isolated village into a national reference in thermal tourism. Marina Flat & Náutica represents the modern phase of Caldas Novas' urban development, integrated with Lake Corumbá. Created in the 1990s to supply a hydroelectric plant, the lake reshaped the landscape, allowing the city to include nautical and leisure activities within its traditional tourism offerings, establishing the eastern part of the city as a new hospitality hub.

MUSEUMS AND ACTIVITIES

Visit Casarão dos Gonzaga, one of the oldest historical landmarks in the city, which preserves part of the local history. The Serra de Caldas Novas State Park offers ecological trails, perfect for observing the Cerrado's wildlife and vegetation.

Access to the resort is easy via paved roads, with support from ride-hailing apps and transfer services.
