ABOUT ACCESS TO THE SPACE, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

CHECK-IN: Available from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It is strictly required to digitally submit identification documents for all guests at least 72 hours in advance. This ensures compliance with data protection regulations and grants prior entry approval.

CHECK-OUT: Must be completed by 11:00 AM. We offer a complimentary late check-out until 3:00 PM with no additional charges, provided there are no new guests scheduled to arrive in the same room on the day of your departure (subject to prior verification and operational approval).

CHECK-OUT RULES: Upon departure, please leave the keys on the table, ensure all electrical devices (including the air conditioner) are turned off, dispose of all trash, and securely close the door.

Located in the transition zone between the Cerrado and the Amazon Rainforest, the region features limestone (karst) soil, resulting in crystal-clear waters and caves formed over time. In addition to ecotourism, the village is a strategic resting base within Mato Grosso's renowned integrated tourism circuit, connecting Chapada dos Guimarães and Nobres to the Northern Pantanal (about 220 km southwest, via Cuiabá). It’s the perfect starting point for those wishing to experience both tours in clear waters and wildlife observation.

GETTING AROUND: To explore the Nobres region with complete independence, we recommend using your own vehicle or renting a car, as the tourist attractions are spread along Highway MT-241. Ride-hailing services have limited availability in the area.
