This 60 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests: there’s a bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning, a living room with a sofa bed and an extra single mattress, a fully equipped kitchen, and a designated workspace for your laptop. The building offers an elevator, 24-hour concierge, and one complimentary parking space—a rare and valuable combination in Flamengo. IMPORTANT NOTES

Access is via self check-in with an electronic lock: your access code will be sent on your arrival day, around 1 pm. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.

The street is lively and offers excellent mobility, which may lead to typical city noise.

Please respect quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am.

Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed inside the apartment.

All occupants, guests, and visitors must be registered at the front desk.

Please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet—always use the bin.

Pets are welcome.

In the living room, a sofa bed sleeps 2 guests, and an additional single mattress offers a fourth spot, alongside the cable TV and a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped—refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, and wine glasses—suitable for everything from breakfast to family meals. The bathroom has a hot shower, hairdryer, and hand sanitizer dispenser. For longer stays, there is a washing machine.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in: Available from 2:00 PM, completed automatically via an electronic lock (arrival window until 7:00 PM). The access code will be sent on your arrival day, around 1:00 PM.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Upon departure, please remember to turn off all appliances, dispose of trash properly, and close all windows.

If you require special arrangements, we are happy to help whenever possible—simply request on the same day as your check-in or check-out.

You may also secure early check-in (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM) or late check-out (between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM) for an additional half-day fee. Advance confirmation is required to avoid overbooking.

ABOUT YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD

During the republican period, it was a political and intellectual hub, home to aristocratic mansions and embassies. Today, Flamengo blends its rich past with the modern leisure of its waterfront park, a benchmark for quality of life in the South Zone.

Rua Marquês de Abrantes serves as the main artery of the neighborhood. It connects Largo do Machado to the seafront, offering a concentration of shops, services, gyms, and historic restaurants, with Metro station access (entrance A) located along the street—making it ideal for exploring the city on foot.

CURIOSITIES

The origin of the name is a topic of interest—one widely known version refers to the Dutch navigator Olivier van Noort, who tried to invade Guanabara Bay in 1599, when the Portuguese called the Dutch "Flemings." Another theory attributes the name to the presence of flamingos in the Rio Carioca marshlands. Marquês de Abrantes street is also home to Café Lamas, established in 1874, making it the oldest continuously operating restaurant in Brazil. Renowned figures such as Machado de Assis, Ruy Barbosa, Olavo Bilac, and Monteiro Lobato have visited its tables, and it has been a Cultural Heritage site since 1994. The restaurant reopened in October 2026 after renovation. The neighborhood's metro station originally opened in 1981 as Morro Azul. The Flamengo Park (Aterro do Flamengo), inaugurated in 1965, is a masterpiece of landscaping by Roberto Burle Marx and urban planner Lota de Macedo Soares, and stands today as one of the world's largest outdoor leisure complexes.

Bistrô Sesc Flamengo (No. 99) is located in a protected century-old mansion with a menu by chef Teresa Corção. Galeteria Ouro Fino (No. 203) specializes in rotisserie chicken and executive lunches. For your daily coffee, Café e Bar Vila Pouca (No. 216) completes the circuit.

To plan your subway or bus routes, we recommend using the Moovit app. Santos Dumont Airport: about 5 km away (approximately 15 minutes).

Galeão Airport: about 24 km away (approximately 40 minutes).

Port of Rio (Pier Mauá): about 5 km away, ideal for cruise ship arrivals.

We offer complimentary return transfers (Transfer Back) to the airport or bus station for stays of more than 5 nights. For stays up to 4 nights, the transfer fee is R$100 for cars with up to 4 guests (request at least 1 day in advance, by 4:00 p.m.).
