If you wish to arrive from 9:00 AM, this can be arranged at no extra cost, provided there are no guests checking out on the same day. Please notify us in advance. Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If there are no new guests arriving on the same day, you may stay until 3:00 PM at no additional charge.

For your safety and to comply with condominium regulations, we kindly ask that you send a copy of the identification document for each guest at least 72 hours prior to arrival (all data is protected according to the LGPD).

Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 15 km away, about a 30-minute drive. Galeão International Airport is about 25 km away, roughly 45 minutes by car depending on traffic. Novo Rio Bus Terminal is about 13 km away, ideal for guests arriving by interstate bus.
